For 20 years, Derick has provided the strategic vision for DCM Designs, Inc. His active, hands-on approach toward every facet of the company, creative design and real time experience has managed to bring together all aspects of the design to completion.

Derick leads a dedicated team of professionals with the knowledge and experience necessary  to compete and succeed in private, commercial and hospitality marketplaces.
He has enjoyed designing, building and remodeling custom homes in his community while building long lasting relationships with the local jurisdictions over the last 20 years. During the last 10 years he has managed to bring the same friendly residential feel to the commercial and hospitality industry offering valuable experiences assisting in design, budgeting, planning and managing each project through completion.
